WaterWays Aquafitness Registration Terms & Conditions
-Minimum 8 people to run a new session- max. 15
participants
-Residents that are current WaterWays class participants have
1st opportunity to register for new sessions
-Registration required; no drop in rates -Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your aquafitness program and receive
a refund, you must notify us prior to the 2nd week of classes.
After this
time, class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to
future classes. If you are away for vacation or illness, you
can choose to
make up classes at another building during the current term
(if available) however there are no extra classes added at
the end of the
session. Unfortunately due to the rising costs, we are not
responsible for classes missed.
- Cheques returned NSF or declined/expired credit cards are
subject to a $24.00 administrative fee
Guest Policy: If you have a friend or family member that you would like to bring to class, they must also complete these forms prior to
class, and receive approval from WaterWays Fitness. Guest policy only applies when there is space in class, onsite residents receive priority attendance.
